Day 1 - Los
Angeles or San Francisco
This afternoon we board our Trans Pacific flight and start our exciting Australian adventure.
Day 2 - International Date Line
We lose a complete day as we cross the international dateline while enjoying the on-board services of our wide-bodied aircraft.
Day 3 - Melbourne (D)
After customs and immigration formalities, our local guide will take us on a half-day city sightseeing tour featuring the childhood home of Captain James Cook, The Botanical Gardens and the Victorian Arts Centre.

Day 4 - Melbourne (B/D)
The morning is at leisure to adjust to the time difference and in the afternoon we join our local guide on a visit to Phillip Island to visit the Koala Conservation Center and Sea Rocks Life Centre. After touring the Penguin Reserve Visitors Center we secure a good viewing spot on Summerland Beach to see the penguins raging the surf to feed their young in their rockeries. In the evening an Aussie BBQ on the island.
Day 5 - Melbourne (B/D)
After a leisurely breakfast we start our full day tour along the world famous Great Ocean Road and visit the giant rock formations known as the Twelve Apostles just off the "Shipwreck Coast".
Day 6 - Melbourne - Canberra
Early morning departure by our comfortable motor coach for the rewarding journey to Canberra, Australia´s Capital. We will travel through rich agricultural land, crossing the mighty Murray River in Albury.
Day 7 - Canberra - Sydney (B/D)
Before leaving for Sydney, we will have an extensive city sightseeing tour of Canberra with visits to the historic Australian War Memorial Museum and Parliament House. We leave Canberra later on in the afternoon, arriving in Sydney early evening.
Day 8 - Sydney (B/D)
This morning we will experience the great sights of Sydney with our Captain Cook Harbour cruise including the city´s famous Opera House. Afterwards we will explore "The Rocks" - the birth place of Sydney. The afternoon is free to visit Darling Harbour by Monorail with its many shops and entertainment center.
Day 9 - Sydney (B/D)
Crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge, we will enjoy a full day excursion into the scenic Blue Mountains. Sheer escarpments, rugged bushland and awe-inspiring views. On the afternoon experience the magical worlds full of fun and excitement at Wonderland Sydney, Australia´s biggest theme park and Outback in the City, a local sheep station.
Day 10 - Sydney (B/D)
Today is yours to explore Sydney on your own. Walk along Macquarie Street to see Parliament House and the State Library. Visit the Art Gallery of New South Wales and marvel at its collection of Aboriginal art.
Day 11 - Sydney - USA
Our Australian adventure comes to an end as we transfer to Sydney International airport for our return flight, again crossing the International Date Line, gaining a day and arriving on the USA the same day.
